主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技部水专项子课题、上海市自然科学基金、上海市浦江人才计划A类等项目。目前已在Environmental Science & Technology, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Chemical Engineering Journal, Applied Energy等环境领域国际知名期刊发表SCI论文39篇,其中第一/通讯作者23篇,总引用1600余次;已获得授权国家专利3项,其中美国1项、中国2项。

现担任J. Environ. Sci 期刊青年编委,长期担任Environ. Sci. Technol., Water Res., Chem. Eng. J.,  Sci. Total Environ., J. Clean. Prod., Bioresour. Technol. 等多个环境领域期刊的独立审稿人。
